Doors open Wednesday 20 May at Spring Farm Village. Here's what to expect on the day — and what's coming the weekend after.

The doors of Spring Farm Village open at 7am on Wednesday 20 May 2026.

After more than two years of planning and construction, Kingston's newest shopping destination is finally ready to welcome you in. Whether it's your morning coffee, the weekly grocery run, or a quick errand on the way home — the centre is built to be part of your everyday.

Here's what you can expect when you walk through the doors.

Coles opens at 8.30am

Our anchor supermarket is open daily from 7am to 11pm, with 11 aisles, fresh Tasmanian produce, and 240 team members ready to help. Whether you're after a quick top-up or a full grocery shop, Coles is your starting point.

Dining ready from day one

By lunchtime on opening day, our food line-up will be serving. Grab a coffee from Happy Larry Deli, a souvlaki from Parthenon, a burger from Smash Boy, sushi from Sushi Sushi, or a pizza from Viva Italia. All open and ready to feed you.

Health and wellbeing on hand

National Pharmacy and Kingston Medical Centre are all open from opening day, so your everyday health needs are sorted close to home. St Lukes will open from 30th of May.

Services to make life easier

Loaded Laundry, K9000 Dog Wash, RACT, Male Alchemy and Cignall round out the line-up — everyday services right where you need them.

Plenty of free parking

With more than 350 free car parks, including mums and bubs, seniors, accessibility, EV, RV and rideshare bays, getting in and out is easy. The centre also offers free Wi-Fi and wireless charging throughout.

And then — Family Fun Day, Saturday 30 May

To celebrate our opening week, we're throwing a Family Fun Day on Saturday 30 May with $40,000 in prizes, family entertainment, food, music and a few surprises. It's our thank you to Kingston, and everyone is invited. No bookings required — just come along.

See you on the 20th.
