A year of free RACT membership — here's how to save

RACT is giving Tasmanians 12 months of Lifestyle Membership for free. Here's what it means for your weekly shop.

Between fuel, groceries and power bills, everyday costs add up quickly. So we were pleased to hear that RACT is offering Tasmanians a full year of Lifestyle Membership for free — normally $39 — until 31 December 2026.

Lifestyle Membership is RACT's no-frills option. You don't need insurance or roadside assistance with them to join, and you don't need to already be a member. Sign up, download your digital member card to your phone wallet, and you've got access to RACT's Member Rewards for the next 12 months.

• Up to 5% off when you pre-purchase Woolworths Group eGift cards

• $150 credit over 12 months with 1st Energy

• Savings on Spirit of Tasmania fares across Bass Strait

• Discounted Village Cinemas eVouchers, plus 5% off at Repco

Already an RACT member? You've already got access to Member Rewards, so there's nothing to do. And if you're a current Lifestyle member with a renewal falling before 31 December 2026, RACT will roll you over for another 12 months free automatically.
